Personal Data Processing Policy


The privacy policy set out below applies to all personal data collected by the controller on the basis of the performance of a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest or consent given, whether via the website or other sources, and describes how the controller uses and protects personal data.

Legislation
The controller processes the user’s personal data provided by telephone, in person, in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

Scope of data processed by the controller
First name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, email address, company registration number, VAT number and other related communications, information and documents provided by the user to the controller in the course of the provision of services.

Retention period for personal data
The controller processes and retains personal data for the period strictly necessary to ensure all the user’s rights and obligations and for the period during which the controller is obliged to retain the data in accordance with generally applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
The controller transfers the user’s personal data to third parties only where required by other legislation; where it is necessary to provide a product or service; or on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest. The transfer of personal data always takes place on the basis of legislation or on the basis of a contract with a third party that provides sufficient guarantees of personal data protection.

User
rights Right of access to personal data – the user has the right to obtain information from the Controller as to whether their personal data is being processed and, if so, what data is involved and how it is processed. The user also has the right to have the controller rectify, without undue delay and at their request, any inaccurate personal data concerning them. The user has the right to complete any incomplete personal data at any time.

Right to erasure of personal data – the user has the right to request that the controller erase or destroy their personal data processed by the controller, provided certain conditions are met and the user makes such a request.

Right to restriction of processingthe user has the right to request that the controller restrict the processing of their personal data in certain cases. The user has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, or that is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.

Right to data portability – the user has the right to receive the personal data they have provided to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format. They may then transmit this data to another controller, or, where technically feasible, request that the controllers transfer it directly to one another.

Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, either in full or in part. Consent may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the controller’s address or email address. The controller may process personal data only to the extent necessary for the legal grounds of processing, i.e. in particular when fulfilling its legal obligations or for the purposes of protecting rights and legal claims.

If the user has any doubts regarding the processing of their personal data by the controller, they may lodge a complaint directly with the controller, or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, or, where appropriate, the courts.

What are cookies?

Text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you start using those sites.
