Facility management and long-term maintenance

We don’t just handle new projects. We provide long-term technical support for building managers and facility managers:

• Asset inventory: We’ll get your documentation in order. We’ll map out and document the actual condition of your existing electrical installations.
• Regular and initial inspections: We’ll ensure your electrical installations and appliances have valid inspections and comply with legislation (Decree 50/1978 Coll., or Government Regulation 194/2022 Coll. – Section 5).
• On-call service: Rapid fault rectification, repairs and maintenance.
